SCHOOL'S OUT FOR THE SUMMER! Let’s all enjoy the summer holidays

SCHOOL'S OUT FOR THE SUMMER!   Let’s all enjoy the summer holidays
Stay safe, stay out of trouble and get involved  is the message to all young people  as schools get set to finish for their summer break.   The long summer holiday has in recent years seen an increase in anti-social behaviour in some areas of the county. This year, Cheshire Police is urging the small minority who cause problems in their community, to join other young people by getting involved in some of the great FREE events and activities taking place over the summer. These include things like sports and fitness, bike maintenance, creating computer games, zorb football, and archery, DJ sessions plus much more.

Parents are also being asked to help keep their children safe, by encouraging them to take part in the organised events.  To ensure that they know where they are and what they are doing.   To be mindful about their safety when playing the new apps ie  Pok√©mon Go.  Be sensible when using the internet and be respectful to their neighbours and community.

Cheshire Police is here for communities and we will not tolerate this type of criminal behaviour. Local people can be reassured that if they report incidents to us, they will be taken seriously.”
